Our relationship with Shree Ram and with our Gurujans

Shree Ram is the source of life, mother of universe, source of divine love, source and infinite reservoir of all powers.  We may or may not get the bhavana or the feeling to connect with Shree Ram with love and devotion by thinking in these ways.

Let us change or add to the above – as our Gurujans suggest we can think of ourselves as a newborn divine child of Divine Mother Shree Ram.  Pujya Maharaj Ji says. “Ram hee Ma hai aur Ma hee Ram hai”.  We must not only think this way but feel that way in our minds and hearts and also totally depend on Divine Mother in every way and to purify us.  So this defines our relationship with Shree Ram from now on in the following way as the Lord puts it:

I am Love/the Divine Lover and you are my beloved children. (Parmatma Premi hai aur Hum hain uske Priyatam)

Let us evaluate our relationship with our Gurujans now.  Our Gurujans have taught us that Guru is not a body but a tattva, meaning reality or the truth or the knower of the reality or the truth.  So Guru can lead us from darkness to light, show us the path we must walk on to go towards Shree Ram, our Divine Mother.  As we know child has to walk one step or crawl or even hint that he or she wants to go toward mother and mother comes running and picks the child up.

Our relationship with Guru is one of Guru and Shishya or The Guru and disciple … a student who wants to learn and walks on the path shown by the Guru.

A path of living life filled with love of Ram Naam, with love for all, becoming a better human being, searching for lasting peace, etc.  All of that is not easy but we must walk on that path because that is the path that can take us to Shree Ram in .  To make it easier we can walk, crawl, or run towards becoming a newborn divine child.

Many Sadhaks feel that our Gurujans are also Premi or Divine Lover as Shree Ram and they have given us the love of a mother in addition to giving us Ram Naam, Discourses, and Satsangs.

They are no longer in the body but their love will always be with us.

This is our true relationship with them.  This is the relationship we can bring to the world if we so desire.  We have to make this choice…each one of us.

Our connection to One and only One Supreme Being

There is One and only one Supreme Being.  There is no use wasting our energy talking about or arguing with anyone about their faith, belief, etc, if they believe otherwise.  Since there is only One, who is the Source of all and infinite reservoir of all powers so everyone is part and parcel of it, or essentially the same as the One.  This is not our experience because in our mind we have numerous desires that keep us going in the opposite direction namely the world.  All we have to do is turn our attention inward and connect with Shree Ram.

As our Gurujan advise us, we simply need to do 0ur sadhana to make our connection stronger.  We have been given that connection in Naam Deeksha (Initiation by Sadguru).  By doing dhyan/meditation twice a day, morning and evening we can reconnect with Supreme Being.   Of course, we can do simran (remembering  The Lord), japa, and selfless service to strengthen our connection.

For those who attended or watched live webcast of USA Open Satsang, they heard this message from our Pujya Dr. Vishwamitter Ji Maharaj, with love and glow on his face.

Jai Jai Ram to all Sadhaks.

We may surrender to Shree Ram – but is our surrender accepted?

Our loving gurujans tell us that Shree Ram knows our heart just like a mother knows her child.  If we do not mean to surrender completely our surrender is not accepted.  So until then what do we do with our Bhakti?

Well, like anything else we need to simply continue our practice of jap, simran, an dhyan with complete devotion and cry for our Divine Mother Ram to accept our surrender.   As beloved Maharajji say we must cry for Her Love like a new born child and cry more and more.  One day She will accept her as beloved divine child.  Her nature is to love.  Shree Ram says that I only know how to love and all of you are my beloved.

So it is our turn to show the real love by doing our sadhana with the attitude of utmost respect and love for our Divine Mother.

Mere Ram Mera Kya Hai

Jab hum iss sansar mein aaye tau hum kuch saath lekar nahin aaye thaey aur na hi kuch lekar jaayenge.  Hum ne suna hai ki hamara kuch bhi nahin hai aur sab Parmatma ka hai.    Phir bhi hum bahut vastuon ko aur jano ko apna maante hain.  Yeh sab sansar ke rishte hain aur yaheen khatam ho jaayenge.

Ab hame karna kya hai.  Sab se prem karna hai – prem purvak vyahar karna hai sab se.  Aisa hi Maharajji (Open Satsang USA 2011Information  )  ne kaha ki jo sab se prem karne lag jaata hai woh Parmaatma ka ho jaata hai, Parmaatma uska ho jaata hai – yeh hi hai Divya Prem (Divine Love).

Mere Ram mera kya hai – tere bina!
